The old CHANGELOG_v2.md was a documentation-update log, not a firmware
changelog: moved it to documentation/reference/CHANGELOG_docsv2.md and
created a real CHANGELOG.md. Updated the root README: 16 build targets,
CAN/sprinkler/multivent/rotary highlights, new documentation links and the
developer site.
Ported the two design docs (originally docx) to markdown with code-verified
corrections (CAN runs at 50 kbit/s); sections still in design (T:99 rotary
profiles, external SPI CAN controller) are marked 'not implemented' and
tracked in BACKLOG.md.
Ported the relevant lazyhome.ru dokuwiki pages to markdown, verified against
the code; each page carries a 'cross-check with code' section where behavior
differs from or extends the wiki.
Cross-checked all channel types, suffixes, commands, JSON config formats,
HTTP/MQTT API examples and driver docs with the actual code; fixed the
discrepancies (channel numbers 0..23, real command set, real suffix handling,
CAN 50 kbit/s, DRY/Freeze sprinkler semantics, AC subitems, multivent zones,
Mercury/Motor/Counter configs, etc.)
- move references/examples to documentation/core/ and documentation/modules/
- move config samples, images and the doc-v2 changelog to documentation/reference/
- add documentation/README.md as the master index
- remove deprecated AI-generated docs (MIGRATION_GUIDE, START_HERE,
COMPLETION_REPORT, DOCUMENTATION_INDEX, README_v2_0, suffixes_reference v1,
old json config reference, DOCUMENTATION_UPDATE_REPORT)
