Jah-yee 936cbb5427 fix: correct heatblock translation per issue #3197 
- English description: 'heating block' → 'Heatblok temperature'
- German translation: 'Wärmezelle' → 'Wärmeblocktemperatur'

The German 'Wärmezelle' (heat cell) was inconsistent with the English
'heating block' concept. The correct Bosch/HVAC term is 'Wärmeblock'
(heating block), and since the value represents a temperature reading,
'Wärmeblocktemperatur' is appropriate (per issue #3197).
